The 3rd SCINTILLA Benchmark campaign will be held in November 2014 at the JRC (Joint Research Centre of the European Commission) in Ispra, Italy. This is a great opportunity for SCINTILLA partners and “outsiders” to test and benchmark equipment and technologies for nuclear material and radiation detection.

Benchmark results will be distributed to the users in the SCINTILLA Partnership Network (SPN).

Second Benchmark Campaign

The SCINTILLA Project held its Second Benchmark Campaign in Ispra, Italy at JRC facilities in February 2014.
Both SCINTILLA and outsiders technologies were tested and benchmarked.

The first SCINTILLA Benchmark is shceduled from Feb. 4th till 8th, 2013 in Ispra at JRC facilities.

SCINTILLA Technologies will be tested and benchmarked throughout the week. Results will be presented and discussed during the First SCINTILLA Workshop to come in June 2013.

First SCINTILLA Workshop

The first SCINTILLA Workshop took place in Budapest, Hungary on September 11&12 2013.  It was a great opportunity to gather those interested in the enhanced detection of radioactive sources and nuclear material (RNM), from industrials willing to submit their technologies to the SCINTILLA testing/benchmarking facilities to users and experts in the field!

First contact between the SCINTILLA partners and User / Expert Advisory Groups members scheduled in Ispra (Italy) in April 2013 for couple days!
